Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The service

The Queen is a software-as-a-service platform for DJs, music artists, labels, and booking agencies. It provides tools for managing gigs and bookings, calendars, contracts and electronic signatures, finances (income, expenses, and invoices), press kits, and royalty tracking. The Queen is operated from Israel by its owner ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Queen offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax, and customer receipts. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Our refund terms are described in the refund policy.

4. Your content

Content you upload (press kits, contracts, financial records, contacts, and similar) remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it for you and for people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the legality of the agreements you sign through the service.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no reselling of the service without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Tools such as tax estimates, financial summaries, and contract templates are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice — consult a professional for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; upon deletion we remove your personal data as described in the privacy policy.
